We aim to make your purchase and setup of your chosen services as quick and easy as possible. We will answer any and all questions regarding your requirements, and will happily assist in any way we can, to get you up and running with the package you actually need, without harassing you to buy features you don't want.
Design and redesign support
The most difficult part of designing or redesigning a web site is the initial concept and appearance. As such, we consult with you, the customer, in every aspect of the initial creation or overhaul of your site, from colours and layout schemes to features such as discussion forums and e-commerce solutions. We provide your personal custom solution, created with your guidance, to do precisely what you asked for in the first place.
Search Engine Optimization
Fully optimizing a site often includes a full rebuild from the ground up, which is why many people often couple this with our redesign services. As described on our SEO services, we will go through every aspect of your site and the keyword phrases you wish to target, and recommending the most appropriate course of action, based on your needs, and provide detailed analysis in the months to come.
Web Hosting Support
We offer many levels of support with all our web hosting packages, listed on our Support Packages page. All accounts include basic free e-mail / support ticket access, and add-on packages are available up to full telephone support during office hours for help configuring common software packages, and general assistance for getting up and running.
Support Notes
We attempt to answer most queries within a reasonable period (i.e. within an hour in office hours) via e-mail / support tickets. We will happily discuss over an online chat as to your specific needs wherever possible, and will accomodate any special requests where practical (e.g. specific Perl modules, software on the servers etc).
Upgrade Requests
Within office hours, all upgrade requests will be completed within an hour of reciept of the appropriate upgrade charge. Outside office hours, we make no guarantees of response times (we do have to sleep on occasion!), but we try to respond relatively quickly.
